All of our 'non-consumable' items are guaranteed for a period of one year against breakage, disfigurement, or malfunction. All of
our 'consumable' items are guaranteed against damage or breached packaging upon your receipt. Any of
our 'non-consumable' that become disfigured, damaged, or broken by reasonable means, will be either repaired or
exchanged for the same item, at no cost. Any of our 'consumable' items which arrive damaged or breached, will be replaced or refunded
at no cost. Shipping for any aforementioned item(s) will be paid by SeriousGameplay.com (for US orders only) & return shipping for
any exchanged item(s) will also be paid by SeriousGameplay.com.
Please contact SeriousGameplay.com by phone, email, or live chat,
for authorization before shipping any items. After contacting our customer service department we will send UPS or another
carrier to your location to pick up the broken/damaged item(s), if possible. If a carrier can not pick up at your location, SeriousGameplay.com will reimburse US customers for the lowest cost (Parcel Post) shipment of the broken item(s) via the United States Post Office.
