There are 3 different ways to play RISK: Halo Wars
- Basic Training: This serves as an introductory, or simply more basic, version of the RISK: Halo Wars gameplay.
- Command Room: A more advanced version of Basic Training.
- World Conquest: A version that integrates the World Domination gameplay of classic RISK with the Halo Wars gameplay.

- 2 UNSC Armies (yellow & green) with Marines (1 unit value), Scorpions (3 units value), and one Spartan (hero)
